Photography and Dataprocessing
Digital originals are processed in high resolution using specialized software and printed in reverse onto a light-sensitive coating
Precise streching of Screens
The fabric is stretched tightly and evenly on a sturdy frame to ensure sharp, consistent prints.
Automated Screencoating
A light-sensitive photo emulsion is applied to the screen and dried.
Computer-To-Screen exposure
The coated screen is exposed to the design using a CTS machine, where UV light har-dens the emulsion in the exposed areas.
Qualitycontrol and Refinement
Each print is checked for color accuracy and quality and adjusted if necessary.
On spot color mixing
The printing inks are precisely mixed to match the exact color values of the design.
Exact Registered printing
The ink is pressed through the screen onto the material. We print formats up to 4 x 2 meters using a variety of machines.
